All faucets included color box with Rex Prodution brand. Color box and carton box is strong enough to pass drop resistance test.

Yes, we will included a pair of SUS mateiral inlet hose. But we don't inlcude the pop up.

For entry-level faucet, we will provide 3 years function guarantee, since the date we delivery. Others all faucets we provide 5 years guarantee on both function and surface. During guarantee period, if any problem, please send us photos or videos to analysis, as long as we confirm it's not caused by manual damage. Rex Production will perform an unconditional compensation.
